How do returns and exchanges work?
We want you to be happy! We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the order # or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I get my refund from a return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What if my product has a stain on it or some other defect?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
What if it says an item is out of stock? When will it be back?
Great question! As of now there are no items that we will be discontinuing so please feel free to email us to get accurate restock dates or follow us and DM us on IG: @beachbum.threads
What if I want an XS or 2XL and it is not currently offered?
Shoot us an email or DM our IG: @beachbum.threads and we can try to work with you on ordering specific sizing!
