We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return. To start your return please email us at email@example.com. We will respond as soon as possible to get your return started. You will be responsible to ship the item(s) back to us. To get your replacement item(s), please place an order as normal and we will ship it out to you as soon as possible.All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, have zero odor (perfumes, cologne, detergent, deodorant, etc.), and be returned in its original condition. If you return an item that has been worn, washed, smells, is covered in animal or human hair, lint, etc. we will launder it and donate it to a local organization and you will not receive a refund for those item(s).
How do returns and exchanges work at the store?
We have a 30-day return policy at the shop as well. Whoever is working at the shop will be able to help you. You can exchange your item(s) for others if you'd like. If the new item is less than the original then we can refund you the difference. If it costs more than the original then you will have to pay the difference. If you are looking to simply return your item then we will be able to process that for you and refund you the full amount.

When will I get my refund from a return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Note that we do not refund the shipping costs.
What if my product has a stain on it or some other defect?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
When will my order be shipped out?
We try to ship all orders out on a daily basis, but as we are a small family run business, your order may take an extra day or two to go out. If you need your order rushed, please leave us a note during the checkout process and we will do our best!
